Block Telemarketing Communication

Register your number on the Do Not Call Register (DNCR) Type ‘reg’ and SMS to 3627 (for Jazz. Zong & Lifone subscribers)

Dial *3627# (for Telenor subscribers)

To allow telemarketing communication again, Type ‘unreg’ and SMS to 3627 (for Jazz, Zong & Ufone subscribers) or dial *3627# (for Telenor subscribers)

Concerned service provider may be contacted incase of issue or for details about tariff/subscription charges.

Block Spamming/Unsolicited Communication

Type spammer’s cell number, give a space, paste the received message and SMS to 9000.

SMS charges of PKR 0.10 (inclusive of taxes apply for each SMS to prevent abuse of facility

Block Obnoxious/Unknown Calls and SMSs Dial *420# (for Jazz & Ufone subscribers or 420 (for ZONG & Telenor subscribers)

Concerned service provider may be contacted to get details about tariff/subscription

In case your issue is not resolved, complaint may be lodged to PTA through online Complaint Management System: https://complaint.pta.gov.pk/RegisterComplaint.aspx or CMS Mobile App (Google/Apple Play Store) or dial Consumer Support Center toll free no.: 0800-55055 (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM-7 days a week).
