The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has dismantled an alleged international human organ trafficking network during a raid on a house in Sector F-7/1, Islamabad. The operation was carried out by the agency’s Counter Crime Circle following intelligence reports about suspected illegal activities at the property.
During the raid, FIA officials arrested five suspects, including three Chinese nationals and two Pakistani citizens. According to investigators, the Pakistani suspects were allegedly working as drivers and facilitators, assisting the group with logistics and coordinating the movement of individuals linked to the operation.
Officials said a significant quantity of suspected human organs and biological tissue was recovered from the residence. Preliminary investigations indicate that the property may have been used to conduct illegal surgical procedures. Authorities have secured the site and launched a detailed forensic examination to determine the nature of the recovered material and establish the full scope of the alleged operation.
Investigators said the recovery has raised serious concerns, prompting authorities to examine whether any of the alleged illegal procedures may have resulted in deaths. However, officials have not confirmed any fatalities, and the investigation remains ongoing. The residence is being treated as a key crime scene while forensic experts collect and analyze evidence.
According to FIA officials, local residents told investigators they had frequently noticed unusual activity at the house, including regular visits by numerous individuals. Authorities are also exploring possible international links of the alleged trafficking network, including whether it may have operated across multiple countries, particularly in the Middle East.
The recovered material has been sent for specialized forensic and DNA analysis to identify its origin and assist investigators in tracing potential victims. All five suspects have been moved to an undisclosed location for further interrogation, while the FIA continues to investigate the case from multiple criminal angles. Officials say the findings of the ongoing forensic examination will play a crucial role in determining the next stage of the investigation and any future legal proceedings.
