Abdu Rozik, the popular Bigg Boss 16 star, has called off his engagement to Amira, citing cultural differences as the main reason for their decision to part ways. Rozik had announced his engagement in May 2024, with the couple originally planning to tie the knot in July, but the wedding was postponed before eventually being canceled.

The engagement ceremony took place in Sharjah, UAE, in April, attended by family and friends, including fellow Bigg Boss contestants Sajid Khan, Shiv Thakare, and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia.

In an interview with The Times of India, Rozik explained that as their relationship progressed, the cultural differences between them became more noticeable, making the difficult decision to end the engagement necessary. “It was hard for me, but I had to follow what felt right,” he said, emphasizing the need for a “mentally strong partner” who could support him in his unique journey as someone recognized for his determination.

Despite the end of his engagement, Rozik remains optimistic and is set to appear in a special segment of Bigg Boss 18, where he will host a unique feature of the show.
