Gold prices continued to fall in Pakistan’s domestic market on Friday, in line with a decline in global prices.
According to data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price per tola of gold dropped by Rs2,500, reaching Rs284,700. Likewise, the price for 10-gram gold fell by Rs2,144, settling at Rs244,084 locally.

In the international market, gold prices also declined, with the per-ounce rate dropping by $25 to close at $2,752.
Silver prices followed the downward trend in Pakistan, with a per tola decrease of Rs20 to Rs3,430 and a 10-gram drop of Rs17.14, now at Rs2,940.67. The previous day saw a Rs700 decrease per tola, reaching Rs287,200, and a Rs600 drop per 10 grams, settling at Rs246,288.
