This measure aims to secure a steady gas supply for domestic consumers over the winter. Industries will need to rely on electricity from regional distribution companies. Sui Northern Gas Company Limited has directed CNG stations to close from December 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025.

Earlier this month, SNGPL revised its winter gas schedule, offering supply in three time slots: 6:00-9:00 am, 12:00-2:00 pm, and 6:00-9:00 pm.

SNGPL’s Executive Officer (Technical), Muhammad Faisal, assured the media of full gas pressure during these hours as per government guidelines, emphasizing SNGPL’s commitment to maintaining supply through the winter.
