Warning Against Banking Fraud

Banking Mohtasib Sirajuddin Aziz also urged customers to remain alert against banking fraud.

He advised people not to share personal, financial, or account information with unknown callers. Customers should avoid revealing passwords, PINs, one-time passwords (OTPs), or other confidential details.

He recommended contacting the relevant bank branch or the bank’s official helpline immediately if they receive suspicious phone calls.

Customers Asked to Verify Calls

Customers should independently contact their bank using official contact details to verify any suspicious communication.
