Man Arrested for Filming TikTok on SHO’s Chair

Police have arrested a man accused of recording a TikTok video while sitting on the Station House Officer’s (SHO) chair at Khurrianwala Police Station in Jaranwala, Faisalabad.

According to police, the suspect was identified as Hassan, son of Shaukat, and a resident of Rasoolpur in Faisalabad. Authorities allege that he entered the police station and recorded the video while seated on the SHO’s official chair.

Police have not disclosed when or how the incident occurred, nor have they released the alleged video to the public.

After the matter came to the attention of law enforcement, a formal case was registered against the suspect. Acting on the complaint, Khurrianwala Police Station SHO Atif Shehzad Kachhi led an operation that resulted in Hassan’s arrest.

Officials confirmed that legal proceedings are now underway, while investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The case highlights growing concerns over social media content created in sensitive government offices and restricted areas. Authorities have repeatedly warned against producing unauthorized videos inside public institutions, particularly at police stations, where such actions may violate security protocols and official regulations.

Police have not yet shared additional details regarding the charges filed against the suspect or whether any officials may have facilitated access to the SHO’s office.

Further information is expected as the investigation progresses.
