Reports circulating in the local media suggest that the Haq Do Tehreek and Jamaat-e-Islami have thrown their support behind the PPP, facilitating the party’s bid to establish the government in Balochistan.
Simultaneously, several independent members of the provincial assembly are expected to align themselves with the PPP, while the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is also anticipated to be part of the government, according to reports.
The seasoned politician Asif Ali Zardari is expected to announce the name of the party’s nominee for the position of the leader of the house in the coming days.
