Sindh Government and OPP Launch Graduate Scholarships at Oxford University
The Sindh government, in collaboration with the Oxford Pakistan Programme (OPP), has announced the establishment of six prestigious graduate scholarships at Oxford University for students from Sindh.
Honoring Benazir & Zulfikar Ali Bhutto
Named in honor of former Prime Ministers Benazir Bhutto and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, these scholarships aim to provide financial assistance to outstanding students from the province, enabling them to pursue graduate degrees at Oxford’s Lady Margaret Hall.

The announcement was made during an event at Oxford University, attended by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the Sindh Chief Minister.
Scholarship Breakdown
- Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Scholarship – Three scholarships exclusively for women
- Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Scholarship – Three scholarships for general students
These scholarships are part of the OPP’s annual graduate scholarship program, which last year awarded financial aid to two students from Sindh and one from Balochistan.
