Dubai Unveils New a tourist spot Where It Rains All Year

According to Khaleej Times, Dubai has officially opened a brand-new, climate-controlled boulevard on the World Islands.

The one-kilometer-long boulevard was created in partnership with Fraunhofer Institute, Europe’s foremost scientific organisation, and is located in the Cote d’Azur seaside resort.

The roadway replicates the summer environment of Southern France, with a temperature of 27°C, wind speeds of 5 km/h, and humidity of 60%.

The climate-controlled street sits near La Brasserie French Bistro, where tourists can have a meal or a coffee. This European-inspired locale is ideal for anyone seeking relief from Dubai’s sweltering weather.

People who want to visit must reserve a meal or a hotel stay and then take a private yacht to the resort, which is a popular attraction that requires advance reservations.

The resort comprises of four five-star hotels, each named after a seaside destination such as Monaco, Nice, Cannes, or St. Tropez. Only the Monaco hotel is open, and it is decorated with French features throughout.

Dubai’s Historic Schools to Reopen

Rashid School for Boys (RSB) and Latifa School for Girls (LSG), two of Dubai’s most ancient institutions, are planned to reopen in the autumn of 2024. The two schools visited by the royal family have been shuttered for renovations since 2020.

Rashid and Latifa Schools Establishment (RLSE), the authority in charge of both schools, will continue to provide segregated education for both genders from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 13.
