Azma Bokhari PTI Leaders Attempting to Incite Unrest in Leaked Audio Calls

Punjab Information Minister Accuses PTI Leaders of Planning Unrest Amid Leaked Audio Calls

Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari stated on Friday that leaders from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are allegedly plotting to incite unrest in the country, following the emergence of “leaked” audio calls.

Bokhari criticized the PTI, asserting, “Nobody will be allowed to spread unrest in the country under the guise of politics. Everyone is familiar with the PTI’s track record.” She referred to the recent public gathering in Islamabad, emphasizing that the actions of the PTI are evident to all.

“These individuals aim to spread terrorism under the pretense of a rally,” she claimed.

On X (formerly Twitter), Bokhari further noted, “The PTI’s hooligans have begun blocking roads and engaging in vandalism. If action is taken against them now, they will create an uproar.” She concluded, “This is the true face of these people.”

Criticism of CM Gandapur

Bokhari also took aim at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, accusing him of “conspiring against the federation.” She questioned Gandapur’s motives, saying, “Why is he doing this? Who is instructing him?”

Her remarks suggest that the PTI’s public gathering in Islamabad, combined with Gandapur’s meeting with the Afghan consul general, indicates a potential scheme for unrest in the coming month. She remarked, “The party that has spread unrest is now looking to replicate the events of the 2014 protest.”
