Ducky Bhai’s Wife Aroob Jatoi Granted Bail Extension Till Nov 6

The Lahore Sessions Court has extended the interim bail of Aroob Jatoi, wife of popular YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, until November 6, 2025. The extension was granted in a case linked to the alleged promotion of illegal online gambling applications, according to ARY News.

The hearing took place before Additional District and Sessions Judge Dr. Sajida Ahmed at the Lahore Sessions Court. During the proceedings, Aroob Jatoi personally appeared before the court as the judge reviewed her bail plea. The court directed the plaintiff to appoint a lawyer before the next hearing and decided to extend the interim bail until early November.

Authorities have accused Aroob Jatoi and several other social media influencers of promoting banned gambling apps on digital platforms. Officials described the case as part of a broader crackdown on online betting and illegal digital advertisements in Pakistan.

In a related case, Ducky Bhai’s bail plea was earlier dismissed by the sessions court. The hearing was conducted by Additional Sessions Judge Sajida Chaudhry, who reviewed the arguments from both the prosecution and the defense.

According to the prosecutor, Ducky Bhai served as a brand ambassador for a prohibited gambling app that caused financial losses to users. The prosecutor also claimed that evidence of money laundering was discovered during the investigation, and the accused failed to provide a valid explanation for the income earned through the app.

However, the defense lawyer rejected the allegations, stating that no complainant or eyewitness had come forward. He argued that the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) section applied in the case was incorrect and that no gambling app had been recovered from the accused.
