His remarkable performance helped Pakistan secure a 152-run victory over England in the second Test, ending an 11-match home winless streak that had lasted since March 2022.
On a spin-friendly pitch in Multan, Noman dismantled England’s batting order, taking 8 wickets for 46 runs in the final innings. This career-best achievement also gave him his first 10-wicket match haul, with a total of 11 wickets, surpassing Mushtaq Ahmed’s record of 7 for 56 set in Christchurch in 1995.
