The introduction of the electric rickshaw followed a crucial meeting led by Secretary Transport Ahmed Javaid Qazi at the transport secretariat. Notably, recent amendments to the Motor Vehicles Rules 1969 by the caretaker government have granted legal recognition to the Qingqi rickshaw. This recognition allows the Qingqi rickshaw to be officially registered as a three-wheeler.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
