He emphasized that Nawaz Sharif would bring about significant changes by introducing projects in agriculture, industry, and infrastructure sectors.

The announcement was made during a public gathering after the foundation-laying ceremony of the Taray Garh interchange on the Lahore-Bahawalnagar motorway and Rai Mansab Ali Khan interchange on Abdul Hakim motorway, both located on the Bucheki-Nankana road.

Shehbaz Sharif highlighted that an amount of Rs263 billion will be allocated for the construction of a motorway from Lahore to Bahawalnagar and other developmental projects.

He praised Nawaz Sharif’s past contributions in addressing power shortages, boosting industries and agriculture, and bringing the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project to the country in collaboration with China.

Shehbaz also mentioned that laptops worth billions of rupees were provided to millions of students during the PML-N government, enabling them to access modern tools of communication for their livelihoods.

Furthermore, he recalled Nawaz Sharif’s initiatives in nuclear tests, Diamer-Bhasha and Dasu dams projects, and leading the Zarb-e-Azab operation against terrorism.

Addressing the current political scenario, Shehbaz Sharif criticized the Imran Khan-led government for damaging relations with friendly countries, including China and Islamic nations. He emphasized the significance of constructive and responsible approaches in maintaining international sports-related obligations.

The decision to send the Pakistan cricket team to India for the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 was highlighted as an example of Pakistan’s commitment to separating sports from politics. The government, after considering the security concerns of the team, made the decision based on the recommendation of a high-powered committee headed by Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari.

In conclusion, Shehbaz Sharif expressed optimism about Nawaz Sharif’s potential second term as prime minister and envisioned a transformative future for Pakistan through agriculture revolution, mineral extraction, and youth empowerment. He assured that the next government would focus on enhancing the country’s development and progress in various sectors.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
