Biskit was very close to their heart.
According to them, the incident was due to the negligence of the doctor named Dr. Rana.
The couple claims “Biskit was scheduled to be neutered today. Please don’t ask me why I was getting him neutered, you can google how it increases a dogs life and quality. I took him to Dr Rana (the best vet in Islamabad and one of the best in Pakistan apparently) two days before for his checkup and he said it’s a very simple procedure and i can take him back later that day. I repeatedly asked him how safe is it can anything go wrong and he assured me he has done a dozen and it is super safe. I made the mistake of believing him. Even in the consent form i signed before the procedure, no complications were mentioned. Just that they won’t be accountable if something did go wrong.”

They will take strict action with evidence on this happening after the healing of their big loss.
