Dubai Police Warns Influencers Against Leaving Their Cars on the Road

Share

The Dubai Police Department has issued a warning to social media influencers who leave valuables unsecured in public in order to achieve fame on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

While attempting to demonstrate Dubai’s low crime rate, several influencers have released videos of them leaving their cars, front doors, phones, and wallets unattended.

However, the Head of Dubai Police’s Criminal Investigation Division, Major General Jamal Al Jallaf, has criticised this behaviour, stating that leaving homes and cars unattended, as well as valuables in public places, is dangerous and may endanger the public.
