In a thrilling finale at the Asian Under-21 Snooker Championship held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Muhammad Hasnain Akhtar from Karachi emerged victorious over defending champion Muhammad Ahsan Ramzan. This marked Akhtar’s debut on the international stage, where he demonstrated exceptional skill to secure a narrow 4-3 frames victory in the final match.

In another remarkable achievement for Pakistan, Owais Munir, representing Lahore, claimed the Asian 6-Red Championship title. Munir’s journey to victory culminated in a decisive 6-3 win over Hong Kong’s Nan Sin Wan in the championship match. Earlier, Munir had defeated his fellow countryman Asjad Iqbal in the semi-finals, showcasing his prowess in the 6-Red format.
