Gold Price Declines Significantly in Pakistan

According to data released by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of 24-carat gold dropped by Rs. 2,800 per tola, settling at Rs. 222,200, while the price of 10 grams fell by Rs. 2,401, ending at Rs. 188,786.

Throughout the week, gold prices displayed fluctuations, with a decrease of Rs. 2,500 per tola on Monday, remaining unchanged on Tuesday, and a subsequent increase of Rs. 800 per tola on Wednesday.

The latest decline indicates an overall cumulative decrease of Rs. 4,500 per tola during the ongoing week.

In the global market, spot gold remained relatively stable at $1,934.29 per ounce by 1204 GMT, while US gold futures experienced a 0.3 percent decrease, reaching $1,969.80.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
