Job Summary
This position is responsible to lead broad based general administration employee relations security protocol functions and medical WITHIN the limits of the organizations policies SOPs and guidelines with a view to ensure industrial peace to achieve business interest. General administration is mainly applied through development of township environment community facilities and social life conditions to maintain spirit and morale of workforce.

This position also generates a comprehensive security response along the complete spectrum of threat to ensure protection of men and material which involve multitiered coordination with all internal and external stake holders. Medical response entails holistic application of OHIH inline with industrial and international trends actions against emergency and fulfilling needs for parallel business interest of MASH across the FG. Manages industrial peace through handling of HR aspects of staff employees trade union and external stake holders. All the policies must envision future needs of business interest in all domains.
