Twitter is preparing to launch a new job listing feature aimed at empowering verified organizations on the platform. This feature will allow these organizations to post job vacancies directly on their Twitter profiles, expanding their reach to potential candidates within the Twitter community. Twitter has created an official account, @TwitterHiring, to reinforce its commitment to this initiative.

While there hasn’t been an official announcement yet, certain verified organizations have been granted early access to this feature. These organizations have already started listing job openings under their Twitter bios, providing a user-friendly process for interested applicants to explore job details and apply via the company’s website.

One remarkable aspect of this upcoming feature is its flexibility for verified organizations. They can add up to five distinct job positions to their Twitter profiles, optimizing their recruitment efforts within the platform. Twitter is also taking steps to simplify the process by allowing verified organizations to import all their open job listings through a seamless connection to supported Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or XML feeds.

Twitter’s venture into the job listings arena indicates its ambition to compete with industry giants like LinkedIn and Indeed. Speculations about this feature were fueled by hints from Elon Musk back in May, and the acquisition of Laskie, a job-matching tech startup, likely contributed to its successful development and deployment.

Surprisingly, there won’t be any additional charges for verified organizations to access this new feature. It is expected to be part of Twitter’s existing $1,000 per month Verified for Organizations package, incentivizing more organizations to participate and leverage the platform for their recruitment needs.
