Pakistani actress Faryal Mehmood recently shared that working with veteran actor Naumaan Ijaz was “terrifying.” She made this revelation during an appearance on Faisal Qureshi’s podcast, where she discussed her career and various experiences in the industry.
When asked about her experiences with different actors, Faryal specifically highlighted her time working with Naumaan Ijaz, describing it as a challenging experience. She explained that Ijaz has a unique approach to his craft, expecting his co-stars to deliver performances on par with his own, which she found particularly demanding.

Faryal further elaborated that Naumaan Ijaz has a distinct way of guiding his fellow actors, and it takes a certain level of understanding to grasp his perspective. However, she added that once an actor understands what Ijaz is trying to convey, the working experience becomes much smoother.
Faryal and Naumaan Ijaz previously collaborated on the drama series *Raqeeb Se,* which also starred Sania Saeed, Hadiqa Kiani, and Hamza Sohail.
