Pakistan has firmly rejected the Indian media’s false propaganda regarding its stance on Israel, calling the claims “completely baseless and misleading.” The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting clarified that Pakistan’s stance on Israel remains unchanged, the country does not recognise Israel, and continues to support the Palestinian cause unwaveringly.
According to the ministry, recent stories circulating in Indian media, suggesting Pakistan might be easing travel restrictions or sending troops to Gaza, are entirely fabricated. Officials stated that such reports are part of a deliberate disinformation campaign aimed at distorting Pakistan’s foreign policy position and creating regional confusion.
Islamabad reaffirmed that Pakistan’s stance on Israel has always been guided by principles of justice and international law. The government emphasized its consistent call for an independent Palestinian state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital. In line with this policy, Pakistan has repeatedly condemned Israeli aggression and called for global intervention to stop civilian casualties. A similar position was highlighted when Pakistan criticised the latest Israeli strikes on Gaza, urging the international community to act against ongoing violence.
The ministry’s response also accused Indian media outlets of attempting to divert attention from their internal issues by spreading fake news about Pakistan. Analysts say this narrative manipulation reflects the broader information war between the two countries, where false reports are often used to influence public sentiment.
In short, Pakistan’s stance on Israel remains steady, rooted in long-standing diplomatic and humanitarian principles. The country continues to support Palestine and dismisses attempts by Indian media to misrepresent its position as nothing more than political propaganda.
