Pakistani Cricketer Sohaib Maqsood Cheated by Multan Car Dealer

Pakistani cricketer Sohaib Maqsood has accused a Multan car dealer of defrauding him in a high-value vehicle deal.

According to Maqsood, his car worth around Rs14 million was sold without his permission and without the original documents, which he still has. He claimed the dealer not only sold his car illegally but also gave him another vehicle with fake papers. In addition, the cricketer said the dealer took an extra Rs7 million from him during the transaction.

Maqsood has appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and other authorities to launch a full investigation into the case. “I request the officials to contact me directly as I have all the evidence,” he said. “If a national player like me can be cheated, imagine what ordinary citizens must face.”

He urged the government to take strong action against such fraud and called for stricter measures to protect people from scams. Maqsood emphasized that financial deceit not only harms individuals but also damages public trust, urging society to unite against those who exploit others for personal gain.
