Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal has shared a major update regarding her ongoing legal dispute, claiming that forensic evidence has confirmed the involvement of the accused. The actress also strongly rejected rumours suggesting that she accepted money or property in exchange for withdrawing the case.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Momina posted a detailed statement addressing recent developments in the case and responding to discussions circulating on social media. She stated that the matter is still under legal process but expressed confidence that progress is being made toward justice.
According to Momina, Saqib Khan Chadhar has been found involved through forensic evidence, while she also claimed that Sumaira Khan has joined the investigation. She said that the latest developments represent important steps forward in the legal proceedings.
The actress acknowledged that some people may argue that no final court decision has been announced yet. However, she maintained that every stage of the investigation brings the case closer to its conclusion. She also claimed that she faced pressure and attempts were made to convince her to withdraw the case.
Momina further addressed rumours about an alleged out-of-court settlement. She denied claims that she received financial benefits, including money or land, to end the legal matter. In a strongly worded response, she questioned why the accused and his wife would continue appearing in court if a settlement had already taken place.
The actress has been involved in a legal dispute involving Punjab Assembly member Saqib Khan Chadhar and his wife Sumaira Khan. According to claims shared by Momina’s family and legal representatives, Chadhar had allegedly sent her a marriage proposal. She later discovered he was already married and rejected the proposal, after which she alleged that she faced harassment and threats.
The case is currently being heard by the court. While Momina has made claims regarding forensic evidence and the investigation, the matter remains under legal proceedings, and no final verdict has been announced so far.
