Kapil Sharma’s restaurant in Canada, Kap’s Café, has been attacked for the third time in just four months. The latest incident occurred on Thursday, October 16, shortly after the restaurant reopened following previous attacks this summer.
The Surrey Police Service (SPS) reported that the shooting took place early in the morning outside the café, located at 120 Street, 85 Avenue, Surrey. Officers found multiple bullet damages at the business site. Fortunately, staff members present at the time were unharmed.
Police confirmed that gangsters Goldy Dhillon and Kuldeep Sidhu, linked to Lawrence Bishnoi’s criminal operations, claimed responsibility for the attack on social media. In a video shared online, a man could be seen firing multiple shots from a moving vehicle.
A voice in the video reportedly stated, “We had called the target… but he didn’t hear the ring, so we had to take action. If he still doesn’t hear the ring, the next action will be taken soon in Mumbai.” The post added, “I, Kuldeep Sidhu, and Goldy Dhillon take responsibility for the three shootings at Kap’s Café. We have no enmity with the general public.”
This is the third attack on Kapil Sharma’s restaurant since July. The first shooting occurred on July 10, followed by a second attack on August 8. Authorities are continuing their investigation to ensure the safety of the staff and the public.
Repeated attacks on Kap’s Café have raised concerns over security for public figures and their businesses in Canada. Police are urging vigilance and monitoring of any suspicious activity near the café.
