He recently took part in a Pinkvilla interview where he was questioned about the motivation for his choice.
“Well, I hope I enjoy something soon, but I am delighted with this break as I just became a father so I will get to spend some time with my daughter,” he retorted. I haven’t found anything that really appeals to me, and I don’t want to be one of those performers who only signs on for money-making roles.
The actor reportedly made the decision to take a hiatus after the release of his next movie, Animal, in order to spend more time with his newborn daughter Raha. He won’t be shooting during this period; instead, he will be reading screenplays.
He also discussed the Brahmastra sequels, his box office smash. Brahmastra 2 and 3 are currently in the scripting stage, according to Kapoor. The filming is anticipated to start later this year or early the following year.
