According to the petition, the tailor committed to completing the garments by February 20. However, despite repeated visits, the clothes remained undelivered.

The petitioner noted that due to the delay, he was compelled to buy alternative outfits for the ceremony.

He demanded Rs50,000 for breach of commitment and another Rs50,000 for the stress and inconvenience caused.

The clothes, intended for Balochi embroidery, were handed over across three separate dates in December 2024 and January 2025, with partial payments made in advance.

Despite promises, the tailor failed to deliver the outfits before the scheduled engagement. When the petitioner visited the shop on February 10, he was told that workers were unavailable. Continued visits revealed that the clothes hadn’t been touched.
