Punjab Launches CM Laptop Scheme 2025: 110,000 Laptops for Students
LAHORE – The Punjab government has officially launched the CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025, under which 110,000 Core i7 13th Gen laptops will be distributed to students of public universities and colleges across the province based on merit.
Online Registration Portal Open
Students can now register and apply online for the free laptops through the official portal, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must hold a Punjab domicile.
- Students of public universities and colleges can apply.
So far, 187,135 registrations have been recorded, with 55,820 applications submitted for the scheme. The deadline to apply is March 16, 2025.
Merit List & Laptop Distribution
Laptops will be awarded strictly on merit, based on the official selection criteria. The merit list will be published on the official website, and students can log into their accounts to check their application status.
However, the Punjab government has not yet announced a date for the merit list release.
