Mansehra and its neighboring regions recently experienced rainfall and a strong storm, followed by early winter snowfall in popular northern tourist areas.
Snow blanketed Lulosar Lake, Butta Kundi, and Babusar Top, transforming the landscapes into a winter wonderland. Around a foot of snow accumulated near Lulosar Lake, while rooftops across the northern areas were dusted, adding to the scenic winter charm.

However, the snowfall has led to partial road closures, including the Babusar Top Road that connects to Gilgit-Baltistan, posing travel difficulties in these regions.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department has reported that a westerly wave is expected to affect western and northern Pakistan from tonight, bringing rain and thunderstorms to upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and the Pothohar Region. Gusty winds are also anticipated across parts of upper Punjab.
While much of Pakistan saw dry conditions over the past 24 hours, Sindh experienced the highest temperatures, with Lasbella, Mithi, and Hyderabad reaching up to 42°C.
