Speculations have circulated on social media, alleging Maqsood’s abduction and mistreatment, claiming he was physically harmed to deter him from criticizing the current government and its alleged supporters.

Dismissing these reports, Maqsood asserted on Sunday, “The news circulating on social media about me is baseless.” He categorically labeled it as “fake news” and urged his fans to disregard the unfounded claims.
Clarifying further, Maqsood emphasized that he neither maintains any social media account nor actively follows social media platforms. He stated, “I neither have any account on social media nor do I watch social media.”
Maqsood revealed that people conveyed these reports to him through phone calls, and he not only refutes all such news but also condemns those responsible for spreading unverified information.
