On Wednesday, October 4, Shadab Khan, Pakistan’s vice-captain, marked his 25th birthday in Hyderabad, India, as the Pakistan cricket squad geared up for the 2023 World Cup.
The official X account of the Pakistan Cricket Board shared a video of Shadab’s birthday festivities held at their training camp in Hyderabad.

During the city’s two warm-up matches versus Australia and New Zealand, Shaheen played, unfortunately, losing both games. However, Shadab took a break and did not participate in the New Zealand match.

In addition to stepping up as the team’s leader in Babar Azam’s absence on Tuesday, he returned for the match against Australia. In his 10-over spell, he gave away 69 runs and managed to secure just one wicket, that of Glenn Maxwell.
