PHA will Auction 24 Shops in Islamabad Soon

The Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) has announced the auction of commercial shops in Sector I-16/3, Islamabad, as part of efforts to boost business activity and attract investment in the capital.

According to details, the auction is scheduled for April 28, 2026, and will include multiple shops located in a well-planned residential and commercial area. The initiative is expected to draw strong interest from both local and international investors due to rising demand for commercial property in Islamabad.

PHA officials stated that the shops are situated in a strategically developed zone, making them a highly attractive investment opportunity. The auction will be conducted transparently, with clear rules and conditions for all participants.

To participate, bidders will need to pay a token fee of Rs. 5,000, along with a pre-bid deposit of Rs. 100,000, ensuring that only serious investors take part in the process. The shops vary in size and are suitable for a wide range of business activities, benefiting from modern infrastructure and planned development.

The authority emphasized that all necessary documents, guidelines, and inspection opportunities will be provided before the auction so participants can make informed decisions.

This auction is expected to contribute positively to the local economy by increasing commercial activity and creating employment opportunities. PHA has encouraged both experienced investors and new entrepreneurs to participate, highlighting it as a rare chance to secure prime commercial space in Islamabad’s key location.
