Azerbaijan has announced fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students under the Heydar Aliyev International Educational Grant Program for the academic year 2026–27.
The opportunity allows Pakistani students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees at leading universities across Azerbaijan, according to the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
The scholarship package offers comprehensive financial support, covering full tuition fees along with one international return flight ticket every year during the study period.
Selected students will also receive a monthly stipend of 800 AZN to manage accommodation, meals, and utility expenses while studying in Azerbaijan comfortably.
Additionally, the program includes medical insurance valued at 200 AZN, along with full coverage of visa processing and university registration fees for successful applicants.
Pakistani students interested in applying must submit applications through the official HEC scholarship portal before March 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM sharp.
