[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]On the directive of Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, the Director General of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), the authority has issued notices to three unauthorized housing schemes located in Rawalpindi. The schemes are situated on Chakri Road, Chak Beli Khan Road, Mouza Sahang on Mandra-Chakwal Road, and Ring Road Town at Mouza Harka, Basali.
The individuals identified as the owners of these illegal private housing schemes, namely Saeed Rizvi, Masood Azmat, and Umar Awan, have received notices, as confirmed by an RDA spokesperson. The notices were issued by the Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate of RDA. Under the directives of Jappa, the Director MP&TE has been instructed to take legal action against illegal advertisements and marketing.

Jappa has further instructed authorities to register First Information Reports (FIRs) against the owners of illegal housing schemes. Sponsors of such unauthorized schemes have been warned against marketing their unapproved projects. The spokesperson emphasized that individuals should verify the status of housing schemes by visiting RDA’s official website (www.rda.gop.pk) and advised against investing in unauthorized schemes.
Additionally, the Planning Wing of RDA has reached out to the Cyber Crime Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to take legal action against illegal and misleading advertisements related to unapproved housing schemes.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
