Effective December 10, 2023, residents in Punjab can apply for a learner’s driving license at Patrol Posts, Khidmat Markaz, Police Stations, and through the newly introduced mobile app, the “Online Learner Web App.”

The introduction of the “Online Learner Web App” marks a significant shift in the application process, allowing citizens to apply for licenses conveniently from the comfort of their homes, avoiding the need to wait in queues.
