NAB Seals Malik Riaz’s Property in Bahria Town Phase 7 on Court Orders
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi has sealed a property owned by real estate tycoon Malik Riaz in Bahria Town Phase 7, following directives from an accountability court.
A team led by Additional Director Ali Muhammad, along with Colonel (retd) Muhammad Rafiq and other officers, carried out the operation, securing multiple properties in the area.
Notices were placed outside the sealed assets, officially transferring possession to NAB. According to the notices, the anti-corruption body now holds exclusive rights over any future sale or purchase of the properties.

Key Sealed Properties
The sealed properties include:
- Arena Cinema
- Bahria Town International Academy
- Rubaish Marquee
NAB confirmed that the seizure was conducted in full compliance with the accountability court’s orders.
