[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is making considerable efforts in improving recreational amenities for federal capital inhabitants by developing a number of contemporary parks.

According to CDA officials, roughly 37 public parks have already been constructed during the last decade, and the authority is actively working on a policy to increase their number in the next years.

When all essential legalities are completed, the process of constructing a new park normally takes three to four months.

Currently, the federal capital has six amusement parks, which are judged adequate to meet people’ recreational demands.

However, the CDA has developed a policy in which the development of new areas is accompanied by the creation of an amusement park.

This assures that as the CDA moves forward with the development of sectors such as I-11, I-12, I-14, I-15, I-16, D-12, and Park Enclave, model communities and parks will be incorporated.

To accommodate the growing need and expectations of the general public, these new parks will be developed in conformity with the CDA’s approved layout plan.

By focusing on the development of these sectors and incorporating well-planned parks and model villages within them, the CDA is determined to improve the federal capital’s recreational landscape, providing residents with ample spaces to relax, engage in outdoor activities, and spend quality time with their families and friends.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
