KARACHI – Gold prices in Pakistan have continued their upward trend for the second consecutive day on Wednesday. According to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the cost of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs300, reaching a new price of Rs261,000. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold also saw a rise of Rs257, now standing at Rs223,765.

Gold and Silver Prices
- 24-Karat Gold (per tola): Increased by Rs300 to Rs261,000

In the global market, gold prices remained steady at $2,512, while local silver prices held constant at Rs2,950. The previous peak in gold prices was recorded on July 18, following a notable rise after a two-day Ashura break.
