Former cricketer Sikandar Bakht Criticises Pakistani Pacers for Their Immaturity.

After the fifth T20I match against New Zealand in Rawalpindi, former Pakistani cricketer Sikandar Bakht criticised the national pacers for their lack of aggression on the pitch.

Sikandar said in an interview that Pakistani fast bowlers shouldn’t shake hands with batters on the pitch since doing so demonstrates immaturity and a desire to stand out among the group.

The former cricketer continued, saying that one fast bowler on the national team prioritises his appearance over his cricket career, which is bad for a player.

In order to put pressure on the hitters, Sikandar emphasised that the fast bowler should be aggressive against the opposition on the pitch, much like former pacer Shoaib Akhtar.

It’s crucial to note that despite holding the Kiwis to 73 for 4 in the final T20I of the series, the national bowling team received criticism for failing to contain a total of 194 runs.

After dropping the first two games, the Tom Latham-led team recovered to tie the series, with the fourth game being cancelled due to torrential rain and hail.

Shahid Afridi, a former captain, recently criticised Shaheen Afridi for losing control of his line and length during a key moment in the game and giving up runs in the final overs.

“Keeping lines and length consistent is essential to winning games. Shaheen began out strong, but he stumbled when it counted, bowling in the wrong places, according to Shahid Afridi.

At the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, the Men in Green will take against the BlackCaps in the opening of the five ODI games tomorrow.
