Insiders reveal that the commission has initiated the issuance of cards designed for international observers to ensure the timely dissemination of pertinent information through a dedicated digital app.
Noteworthy features of this app encompass the capability to generate Accreditation Cards in the final stages, along with the provision for users to apply for visas via the online services offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In a collaborative effort, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will furnish the Election Commission with a comprehensive roster of international observers. The Ministry of Interior will oversee the security clearance for these individuals, as per information obtained from ECP sources.
Communication has been dispatched to various forums, including the European Union and the Commonwealth. To streamline user experience, a dedicated desk will be established at the Central Secretariat in Islamabad. Additionally, service centers will be set up in the offices of all four provincial election commissioners for enhanced convenience.
The Election Commission’s approach towards international observers aligns with the Open Door Policy outlined in Section 238 of the Election Act 2017. Pursuant to this section, regulations will be formulated to grant accreditation to both international and national observers, as per the directives of the Election Commission.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
