Babar now has 42 wins in 68 matches as captain, joining England’s former captain, Eoin Morgan, and Afghanistan’s former captain, Asghar Afghan, who both have 42 wins.

By winning the remaining three games of the series against the Kiwis, the 28-year-old has the opportunity to become the most successful captain in T20I history.
