Despite Ali’s remarkable innings, the Vancouver Knights fell short as the Brampton Wolves successfully chased down the target in 18.1 overs with six wickets remaining. Key contributions from Beau Webster (49 not out) and Nick Hobson (37 not out) were pivotal in securing the win for the Wolves.
Mohammad Amir, who had been impressive earlier in the tournament, had a challenging game, conceding 24 runs in 3.1 overs without taking a wicket, which added to the Knights’ difficulties.
