38-Year-Old Doctor Commits Suicide After US Visa Rejection

A 38-year-old female doctor from Andhra Pradesh, India, tragically died by suicide after her US visa application was rejected. According to police, the incident came to light when her family repeatedly knocked on her apartment door but received no response. Worried, they forced their way inside and discovered her lifeless body.

Officials stated that the doctor had been dealing with severe emotional stress following the visa refusal. Early investigations suggest she may have overdosed on pills or administered an injection to end her life on Friday night. A suicide note was recovered from the scene, in which she expressed her deep disappointment and the overwhelming distress she felt after the rejection.

Her mother revealed that she had long dreamed of working in the United States, and the denial had left her devastated and mentally exhausted. Police have launched a full investigation, and additional details will be released once the case is formally registered.
