Pakistan has strongly denounced the recent Israeli assaults on Gaza that have claimed the lives of many innocent civilians.
In an official statement, the Foreign Office spokesperson said these attacks breach the spirit of the peace accord reached in Sharm El-Sheikh, attended by Muslim, Arab, U.S., European, and UN representatives.
The spokesperson urged the global community to take urgent and concrete action to halt these violations, enforce a complete ceasefire, and ensure the safety of Palestinian civilians.
Reaffirming Pakistan’s steadfast solidarity with the Palestinian cause, the spokesperson called for an immediate end to Israeli aggression and reiterated Pakistan’s consistent position — advocating for a free, viable, and contiguous Palestinian state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, based on pre-June 1967 borders.
