Renowned journalist and TV host Waseem Badami has expressed profound grief over the passing of Umar Shah, younger brother of social media star Ahmad Shah. Taking to Instagram, Waseem remembered Umar as “the life of our Ramadan program segment.”
Sharing details, Waseem said doctors informed him that Umar developed severe lung complications, which disrupted his oxygen system and caused cardiac arrest, leading to his death.
He urged the public to keep Umar in their prayers and asked Allah to grant strength and patience to the Shah family in this difficult time.
Earlier, Ahmad Shah had announced the heartbreaking news on Instagram, describing Umar as “the little shining star of our family” and requested prayers for his forgiveness.
Umar had undergone a medical procedure last year and was recovering. The Shah brothers rose to fame through Ramazan transmissions, especially “Shan-e-Ramazan,” where their charm and playful energy won countless hearts
