On the orders of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Nadra will organize open courts in Karachi on Friday, August 29, 2025. The aim is to listen to public complaints and provide quick help with document-related problems.
Nadra announced that two sessions will take place at key locations in Karachi. The first session will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Mega Center in North Nazimabad, Block L, Plot D 1-15. The second session is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Mega Centre in the SITE Industrial Area, Siemens Chowrangi Zone.
Residents of Karachi are encouraged to attend the session nearest to them. They should bring all relevant documents to help resolve issues related to computerized national identity cards (CNICs), family registration certificates, and other Nadra services.
This initiative is part of Nadra’s ongoing efforts to improve public access to its services. By holding open courts in the city, Nadra aims to provide transparent and timely assistance to the people. The authority hopes this will build trust and make it easier for citizens to resolve their problems quickly.
Nadra’s open courts will allow citizens to directly communicate their concerns. Officials will work to address these complaints on the spot, reducing the need for lengthy procedures. This approach is expected to enhance the overall experience for Nadra’s customers in Karachi.
In summary, Nadra’s open courts on August 29 provide a valuable opportunity for Karachi residents to get help with vital document services. The sessions will make it easier for people to get their issues solved without delay. This move reflects Nadra’s commitment to serving the public more efficiently and transparently.
