PM Shehbaz Leads Flag Hoisting Ceremony At Pakistan Monument

PM Shehbaz Sharif led the main Independence Day ceremony on Thursday at the Pakistan Monument in Islamabad. The event marked the 78th Independence Day of Pakistan and was attended by top political leaders and officials.

The ceremony began with sirens followed by the national anthem. PM Shehbaz hoisted the national flag and laid a floral wreath at the Yadgar-e-Shuhada (Monument of Martyrs). He offered prayers for the soldiers who laid down their lives for the country.

Children dressed in traditional clothing presented flowers to PM Shehbaz, who warmly greeted them. He also expressed his admiration for their patriotic spirit and presence at the event.
