[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) Nasr arrived in Syria on Monday, delivering relief supplies for earthquake victims.
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) delivered the first sea cargo by PNS Nasr on February 28, as directed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, according to the NDMA’s Twitter feed.
“The shipment includes blankets, generators, dry food, medicines, and clothing for earthquake-ravaged Syria,” it said.

“After unloading the aid in Syria, the ship will travel to Turkiye,” the NDMA announced on the social media platform.
The ship was welcomed by the Syrian Navy Command’s top brass, the education minister, the governor of Latakia, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Syria, Air Marshal (retd) Shahid Akhtar.
The attendants of the unique occasion sang anthems to show their appreciation for the Pakistani people.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
