Two Pakistani Athletes at the 2025 World University Games in Germany have reportedly gone missing, according to media sources.
The athletes, who had participated in their respective events, were last seen on July 24 during a team dinner. Their absence was noticed the next morning when they failed to appear for breakfast. Since then, no contact has been established.
Sources close to the matter confirmed that the athletes’ passports are with the team manager, and no travel has been made under their names. The rest of the Pakistani delegation is expected to return on July 27 as planned.
Javed Memon, head of the Pakistani delegation, has assured that a full report will be issued soon as the situation is being investigated.
